In the beginning of 2012, NSN Law Firm has transferred Ms. Sebnem Isık from a global top tier law firm where she headed the Corporate team. Her practice focuses on Corporate and Commercial Law, code of obligations, preparation and negotiation of contracts, with special expertise in Telecommunication and Energy sectors.

She has represented and assisted a number of multinational companies investing and doing business in Turkey, and Turkish companies doing business abroad. She has also worked as an in-house counsel for a major Turkish Telecommunication Company, leading the legal department, dealing with the regulatory issues and advising on day-to-day business transactions of the company.

Her practice includes M&A’s, project finance, privatizations, concession agreements, public and private offerings of major multinational and Turkish companies, establishment and liquidation of companies, preparation of major form agreements, and supervising due diligence projects. She has drafted and negotiated various types of agreements involving day-to-day business operations of a company including sales, distribution, marketing, advertising and promotion agreements, franchise agreements, agency agreements, loan agreements, investment agreements, pledge and mortgage agreements, voting agreements, manufacturing, toll manufacturing and production agreements, license and know-how agreements, employment agreements, and service agreements. She is currently an officer of the International Sales Committee of the International Bar Association.
