Career
Gülay Göksu is graduated from Istanbul Bilgi University Faculty of Law in 2007. Prior to joining NSN Law Firm, Gülay Göksu worked for a leading IP specialized law firm where she provided consultancy and litigation services to her local and international clients in Intellectual and Industrial Property Law. She has been promoted to be a partner in 2019.
She is qualified as a Trademark and Patent attorney in Turkey and has an extensive litigation experience. She advises and represents numerous international companies from pharmaceutical, food & beverage, textiles, etc. in all aspects of Intellectual Property, and manages Trademark, Patent and Industrial Design portfolios of multinational companies by building specific strategies. Her practice focuses on mostly Design and Patent portfolio management and litigation. She has involved many lawsuits related to the complex pharmaceutical Patents and transactions before Turkish PTO.
