He obtained a degree from Scuole Notarili in Naples (“Fondazione Emanuele Casale”) and Bologna (“Rolandino Passeggeri”), and a Master course diploma in tax law and “joint-stock companies” from EUROCONFERENCE.

His practice includes advice in respect of company law, commercial law, civil law and inheritance law matters.

He has acquired significant experience with corporate reorganizations of Italian and foreign companies and groups (mainly engaged in the middle market industry) and with contract drafting for businesses (in the food, retail and real estate industries).

He has also provided assistance to Italian and foreign clients (including family businesses) with inheritance matters and, more in general, with planning and handling generational handover issues for businesses and individuals.
