Specializes in M&A (both local and cross border, with specific reference to acquisitions and disposals of shareholdings and companies and leveraged buy-outs and private equity transactions) and joint ventures. In this area, she has considerable experience in negotiating acquisition financing and related security packages, as well as developing and managing stock option plans and co-investment agreements with management.

Has extensive experience in the insurance sector with regard to ordinary and extraordinary transactions (including joint ventures between banks and insurance groups).
