Accountant. Registered with the Association of Chartered Accountants of Milan and the Register of Auditors. 

Giuseppe Pirola began his career in 1969 and then went on to establish Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati in 1983, of which he is currently Chairman.

A national and international tax expert, he provides tax consultancy to major Italian and multinational companies and has been involved in the design and implementation of important Mergers & Acquisitions.

He is co-author of the Guida Pratica al Bilancio Europeo (Practical Guide to the European Budget), published by Il Sole 24 Ore.

Member of the Board of Statutory Auditors and the Board of Directors of major national and international companies.
