Mark van Gardingen (partner) specialises in litigating and coordinating patent and trade secret disputes (before national & international courts as well as the EPO). Mark’s litigation experience comprises all technologies (from mobile phones to polymers for paint and packages), but he specifically focuses on (bio-)chemical inventions. His clients include Heineken, Dow, Synthon, Novozymes and Accord Healthcare Corp.

Daan de Lange tackles SEP disputes for telecoms clients and FRAND matters. The team is headed by Richard Ebbink, who handles European Patent Office (EPO) opposition proceedings and parallel national disputes, and Mark van Gardingen, who specialises in pharmaceutical, chemical and biotech patents. Koen Bijvank appears before the courts and the EPO for chemicals and life sciences clients.
