Career

Jan Pot is specialized in patent litigation and Supreme Court litigation. He litigates complex national and international patent disputes in front of the Dutch Courts, representing clients in first instance and on appeal. He also has experience representing clients in opposition and appeal proceedings at the European Patent Office. Jan is admitted to the bar of the Supreme Court of the Netherlands. Before the Supreme Court he represents clients mainly in intellectual property and information law related disputes.

Jan regularly publishes in IP journals and is one of the authors of the loose leaf commentary on the Dutch Patent Act.
