Practice includes appearing before courts, all aspects of civil/commercial litigation, including trial and appellate work in all levels of courts and before various administrative agencies. He possesses the knowledge of Jordanian laws, including corporate issue and matters. Helps clients to understand the litigation process, potential risk factors and basic procedures to be followed before competent courts, so that they themselves can be fully aware of the matter referred to litigation whether in criminal or civil litigations.

Follows up on behalf of the client´s mediations, arbitration and settlement negotiations and represents the clients in court trails and appeals.
