Career

Ronen is a commercial litigator with extensive experience acting for clients in a broad array of civil and contractual matters. His practice focuses on representing diverse clients in complex, high value and precedent-setting disputes, including those pertaining to the sectors: energy and real estate (particularly, significant disputes concerning purchasing groups).

Ronen is also an expert on administrative and constitutional law, challenging and seeking review of local and national legislation, as well as on contesting regulatory and ministerial decisions before the full range of Israel’s administrative and civil courts and tribunals, including the High Court of Justice (the Supreme Court) and the Court for Administrative Affairs.

Ronen has considerable experience in the fuel and energy sector as well, particularly representing energy companies before the State Comptroller, the Israeli Government Companies Authority and the Public Utilities Authority (Electricity). In this regard, Ronen has successfully represented energy companies in conducting, defending and settling cases encompassing all types of competition law and contractual disputes related to the energy sector.

Ronen’s clients include, inter alia, public bodies, prominent public officials and institutions of higher education, on whose behalf he provides representation on a broad spectrum of matters.
