Alon Abcasis specialises in urban renewal and NOP ,National Planning Guidelines for Seismic Strengthening – TAMA 38 projects.

Alon’s experience allows him to advise his clients on combination transactions, including TAMA 38/1 projects (strengthening and expansion), TAMA 38/2 projects (destruction and reconstruction).

Alon has successfully represented dozens of home owners and entrepreneurs in urban renewal and TAMA 38 projects. Alon provides legal assistance in submission offers for projects, legal negotiation and drafting agreements with the entrepreneur’s consultants and professionals, legal negotiation with rights holders, financial institutions, constructors and purchasers.

Additionally, Alon’s practice includes drafting contracts, lease contracts, real estate asset contracts, and agreements between contractors and suppliers.
