Yael works in the general corporate field and specializes in advising foreign private issuers on preparing United States Securities Exchange Commission filings. Yael represents clients from a wide range of sectors, including high-tech and low-tech industries.

Yael specializes in accompanying companies and providing overall advice and legal support from the initial stages of incorporation through their ongoing activities, including company-formation and drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.

Yael also has extensive experience in complicated real estate transactions dealing with sale and purchase of real estate properties, long-term leases, and construction projects in the commercial, governmental and residential sectors. Yael is involved in large-scale infrastructure development projects, such as highways and water desalination projects, advising clients from the initial bidding process through financial closing, creation of the project and ongoing operation after completion.
