Adv. Lotan Medvejer brings significant professional expertise and years of practice in managing complex international insurance programs, handling insurance claims, and negotiating with local and global insurers. She also accumulated extensive work experience with international brokers and diverse underwriting experience in leading Israeli insurance companies.
Adv. Lotan Medvejer specializes in consulting to local and global corporations in respect of best practices insurance coverage, including Directors and Officers insurance, Professional Liability / Errors & Omissions insurance, Cyber insurance, Casualties and Property insurance, Employment Practice Liability and Crime Insurance, Representations and Warranties insurance, Credit insurance, Life and Health insurance and more. In addition, Adv. Lotan Medvejer advises corporations in respect of commercial agreements, tenders and due diligence processes in M&A transactions.
Adv. Lotan Medvejer possesses vast experience in managing Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) programs. She provides counsel based on international best practices and methodologies for mapping and managing strategic, operational, financial and regulatory risks. In this capacity, she provides ongoing counsel to her clients in implementing a Risk Management program, identifying and mapping risks in the organization, and establishing the infrastructure for risks monitoring and reporting. In addition, Adv. Lotan Medvejer advises companies’ management, audit committees and board of directors throughout the implementation of the risk management program and processes.
Among Adv. Lotan Medvejer’s clientele are a variety of leading Israeli and international corporations from a wide array of sectors, including real estate, retail, communications, technology, manufacturing, finance, capital markets and more.
Adv. Lotan Medvejer previously served as head of Risk Management and Insurance for the Amdocs Group. She managed the group’s global insurance programs in Israel, North America, EMEA, Asia and Latin America, as well as the group’s Enterprise Risk Management program and the company’s Credit Worthiness practice. In addition, prior to her period in Amdocs Adv. Lotan Medvejer served in various senior underwriting positions in Israel’s leading insurance companies.
