With over 19 years’ experience, Efrat is an expert in the field of healthcare law and regulation, providing legal and regulatory advice to Assuta Medical Centers, Israel’s largest and leading chain of private hospitals and medical centers, and serves as its Chief Counsel.

Efrat manages all legal counseling for Assuta on legal and regulatory aspects of its entire activity, throughout a chain of 8 hospitals and medical centers, including a PPP project for a public hospital, as well as with respect to all its commercial activities and transactions overseas. Efrat advises clients on their day-to-day legal affairs, covering the entire spectrum of their work from regulatory affairs and liaisons with governmental agencies and committees, through commercial transactions, M&A, litigation, intellectual property, R&D collaborations, fundraising, international activities, and so on.

Efrat’s practice also covers a wide range of project and infrastructure public tenders and financings, in a range of BOT/PFI PPPs in infrastructure projects. Efrat advises companies with respect to development of hospitals and other healthcare facilities, including PPP projects.
