  • An interest based, non-court process, where progress is made in four-way meetings – you, your former partner and a collaboratively trained lawyer each – to reach an amicable agreement reflecting each party’s priorities and interests and avoiding adopting hard positions.

Farming divorces:

  • Separations involving owned and tenanted farming assets.

Family-owned business:

  • Understanding the different dynamics of family businesses and the needs of separating couples where a family business is involved.
