Position

Daniela Gramaticescu is a Partner in NNDKP’s Dispute Resolution practice. She has more than 22 years of professional experience in the legal area, representing clients from various industries before Romanian courts, as well as before international courts of arbitration. Daniela has developed substantial experience in administrative and fiscal litigation, arbitration proceedings, disputes related to construction agreements, civil and commercial litigation, public procurement disputes, labor litigation, as well as enforcement of judgments, corporate disputes and real estate and infrastructure disputes.

Career

Daniela Gramaticescu joined NNDKP in 2006 and was appointed Partner in 2017.
