Partner and member of Anthony Gold’s injury and medical claims team. Complex brain, spinal and amputation solicitor, well known for representing foreign national clients injured in the UK as well as British nationals injured abroad. Settled the first reported case involving indexation of periodical payments to a foreign jurisdiction and has also this year secured a verdict of unlawful killing for the family of a mother killed whilst on holiday In South America. Acts on behalf of clients in person at inquests, often without the need for a barrister.

Medical background having qualified as a psychiatric nurse, clinical negligence expertise includes a wide range of claims of complexity with a special interest in psychiatric and orthopaedic injury cases. Jenny is a Law Society Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence panel member as well as an approved member of the Spinal Injuries Association recommended solicitor panel.
