Katarzyna specialises in capital markets and company law. Her experience covers advising on regulatory issues, particularly in relation to public companies and regulated entities, including investment funds.

She is involved in the listing of companies on the regulated market by, inter alia, participating in the drawing up of prospectuses.

Katarzyna participates in M&A transactions in which she mainly prepares transaction documentation and carries out due diligences. She also has experience in transactions involving the financing and establishment of legal security for debts.
