Career
Pierre is co-lead of M&A at PwC Legal, specialised in M&A, corporate law and deal structuring.
Pierre has expertise in national and cross-border restructuring projects (mergers, carve-outs, group entity simplification, capital and debt restructuring, etc.), business contracts (drafting and negotiating distribution, manufacturing, leasing, licensing and other contracts) and M&A where his involvement included the structuring of transactions, due diligence coordination, and drafting and negotiating the transaction documentation (SPAs, APAs and JV agreements).
He has solid financial and tax reflexes and works on multidisciplinary projects with financial and tax advisors on a daily basis.
He coordinates and contributes to mainly M&A client-targeting and knowledge-sharing initiatives at the level of the international network of law firms of which PwC Legal is a member and which counts more than 3000 lawyers in over 90 countries.
