Career

Bart is specialised in all areas of corporate law and structuring, M&A, commercial law and business contracts. Bart has extensive experience advising Belgian and international clients with domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions. His involvement includes legal due diligence, legal structuring of transactions, drafting of transaction documentation, assistance with negotiations, signing and closing and post-acquisition restructurings.

He assisted various large corporates and other organisations with complex structuring, legal entity simplification and corporate transformational projects. He advised various multinational groups with the legal aspects and implementation of transfer pricing and value chain transformation projects.
