Michael has more than 20 years of professional experience in advising national and international corporations, private equity and venture capital funds, start-ups, credit institutions and insurance companies. His practice focuses on corporate, M&A, restructuring, capital markets law as well as banking & finance.

Before joining PwC Legal Austria Michael worked for leading law firms in Vienna, London and New York. Furthermore, Michael headed the legal and M&A legal department of the holding company of a large Austrian banking group for several years.
