Position

Antonis Giannakodimos is a partner of our corporate commercial practice.

Antonis advises on corporate and commercial law across several industries, with an emphasis on commercial transactions and a particular focus on agency and distribution agreements. He has also gained extensive experience in the E-commerce and TMT fields through his involvement in a series of innovative cases advising on a wide range of regulatory, corporate, and commercial issues. In addition, he regularly advises clients active in the Food & Beverages sector.

Antonis was admitted to the Athens Bar in 2011 and joined our firm in 2012.

He is also admitted before the Court of Appeals of Athens.
