Position

Christina is a partner and heads our finance and capital markets group.

Christina’s areas of practice are banking, capital markets and structured finance, with an emphasis on cross border transactions. Her primary focus is structured finance, but she also covers all aspects of financial transactions. She has worked on major private and sovereign debt restructurings and, in recent years, she has focused on the sale/trading/servicing of distressed banking and trade originated debt.
