Position

Partner since 2022, Jérémy is a member of the firm’s IP-IT practice group. Jérémy notably advises clients regarding trademark clearance, prosecution, registration, protection and licensing and represents them before the French courts, the French office for the intellectual property (INPI), the European Union intellectual property office (EUIPO) and the European court of justice (CJEU). He also deals with unfair competition and parasitism claims before French courts.

Career

Jérémy Cardenas is a member of the Paris Bar since 2010. Before joining Herald, he was a partner at Lexprime after an eight-year collaboration at Taylor Wessing. He is a partner of the firm since January 2022.
