Nadja Siebertz studied at the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität in Bonn and laid the foundation for her internationally oriented activities in numerous stays abroad.

Nadja Siebertz, who has been with CBH since 2001, specializes in the field of intellectual property. In addition to the support of clients under competition law, her professional activities focus in particular on advising and representing clients in Germany and abroad on all aspects of trademark law. Among other things, she advises international companies in connection with portfolio establishment and optimisation as well as in strategic brand management.

Nadja Siebertz is a specialist lawyer for intellectual property rights and lecturer at the Research Centre for Media Law at the Technical University of Cologne as well as a lecturer at the Distance learning university in Hagen. She regularly gives lectures and is the author of specialist publications on intellectual property law and trademark law.

As a mediator and trained business mediator, she also focuses on intellectual property law. She is a member of the Central Office for Mediation.

Since 2006/2007, the JUVE Handbook has continuously identified Ms Siebertz as a frequently recommended attorney in the field of trademark and competition law (e.g. the JUVE Handbook 2015/2016 cites a client with the statement “very high national and international standards”). Competence in trademark law, very precise and always with the cost-benefit ratio in mind”).
