Position

Erling Opdal is a recognized attorney and has extensive experience in work related to Restructuring and Insolvency and Corporate law. He is admitted to appear before the Supreme Court.

Erling is considered one of Norways most experienced administrators/trustee of bankruptcy estates and has handled a number of highly profiled cases over the years. Erling is regularly appointed as an administrator in bankruptcy estates by the Oslo County Court. He is often used in conjunction with business restructuring.

Erling, who also has a degree in economics, advises both large and small companies on a wide range of strategic issues as well as commercial legal issues. He regularly negotiates, asseses and advises on corporate structures and assists with contractual matters. Erling often handles debt settlement negotiations on behalf of clients.
