Position

Partner Kjetil Hardeng is head of Haavind’s M&A practice team and his cross-border experience is among the most extensive of any M&A practitioner in Norway. He has assisted in major acquisitions and joint ventures in the U.S., Asia and Africa, as well as in public-to-private transactions. His exceptional expertise in cross-border M&A is confirmed by his client list, which includes many world-leading companies and investments firms, as well as many market-leaders in Norway.

Technology and energy remain the areas closest to Partner Hardeng’s heart and he handles numerous matters in these areas each year. He has particularly extensive experience with renewable energy issues.

Aside from transaction work, he also advises boards in public companies on deal-related compliance issues, where he provides clients with the benefits of his experience from having been a key adviser in transactions outside Europe.
