Career

Claudio Bonora has been a member of the Italian Bar Association since 1980. He is specialized in banking and financial, international contracts, corporate (mergers and acquisitions), real estate and bankruptcy. Also, he has acquired great experience in labor law and arbitrational matters. He has been part of the Register of the Auditors since 1995. From the 2005 to the 2008 he was Former President of the European Association for Banking and Financial Law (AEDBF) of Paris.
