Céline Rifflet has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2011. She advises on real estate litigation relating to investment, management and asset enhancement transactions, particularly residential. She advises institutional clients (banks, investment funds, insurance companies, listed and unlisted companies), real estate companies and major industrial groups.

She also advises real estate professionals on the implementation of their civil liability.

Céline has developed specific skills in residential energy renovation and in litigation related to the contractualisation of ESG issues in real estate.

She holds a Master 2 in Private International Law and International Trade – Sorbonne University and a Master 1 in General Private Law – Paris II-Assas University.
