Career

François Metz is a member of the Paris Bar since 2010. He specialises in real estate law.

He assists French and foreign clients in all sectors relating to real estate, mainly with regard to structuring, acquisitions and disposal of real estate property. He is also experienced in setting up all SPV, whether regulted or not, and dealing with real estate corporate deals (shareholder agreements…).

François has a strong expertise in real estate acquired during his experiences at Dolfi Missika Minchella Sicsic and SBKG in Paris.

He has studied in the universities of Aix-Marseille (France), Dusseldorf (Germany) and Sydney (Australia) and holds a Master in French Business Law and a Master II in Engineering of the University of Aix-Marseille.
