Position

As a Certified Specialist SBA Employment Law Anna has in-depth knowledge of Swiss labor and employment law. She advises and accompanies her clients in all aspects of an employment relationship under private and public law and is her clients’ contact person at the beginning, during and at the moment of the termination of an employment contract (incl. questions concerning work permits and data protection). In addition, she has extensive experience in domestic and international litigation, in particular with regard to claims, labor and inheritance law as well as general contract and corporate law, with regard to the obtaining of freezing orders and the enforcement of (foreign) decisions.
