Partner – Nicolas Vivien has developed a broad transactional practice for international and domestic clients. Nicolas helps structure, negotiate and close cross border and domestic acquisitions, joint ventures and a variety of other transactions or agreements for clients active in sectors such as energy, mining and natural resources, food and agro-business, television and cinema, luxury goods and fashion, specialized retail, transportation or B-to-B services.

Career

Founder of the firm in 1999, Nicolas previously practiced in Paris and New York with Debevoise & Plimpton as an associate and Stibbe Simont Monahan Duhot as an associate and partner. Nicolas qualified in Paris as “conseil juridique” (1988) and “avocat” (1992)
