Head of Dispute Resolution | Head of Procurement | Banking & Finance

Position

Mark leads our dispute resolution team. A specialist in commercial litigation, banking litigation procurement challenges, dispute avoidance and contract management, Mark helps ensure clients’ projects are successfully delivered and not waylaid by disputes.

At an early stage of any instruction, Mark endeavours to understand what the client’s goal is so that he can collaborate to devise an approach that achieves that outcome. He ensures he gives an opinion with his advice as to which route a client should take to achieve their desired results, rather than just a list of legal options.
