Richard is a consultant and works advising developers, investors and tenants on commercial property transactions. He enjoys building relationships with clients and familiarising himself with their business and objectives.

Richard has advised on a number of high profile multi-million pound projects. His personal favourite was advising on the acquisition and development of the former Berkeley Nuclear Laboratory site at Berkeley Green in Gloucestershire, by South Gloucestershire and Stroud College.
