Ida Lintel is specialized in civil cassation. She is a Supreme Court lawyer and handles civil cassation cases and preliminary reference proceedings across the entire scope of civil law, with a focus on corporate & financial litigation, employment law and insolvency law. Ida also regularly litigates before the district courts and courts of appeal, and conducts proceedings before the Court of Justice of the European Union.​
