Career

Marina Luijkx has been an attorney with Wijn & Stael since 2013 and concentrates her practice on financing & securities, restructuring and real estate. She counsels clients in matters such as Special Asses Management Files, (large-scale) restructuring and drafting of financing documents. She also has extensive experience with issues that cut across real estate, property and contract law. Marina counsels and represents clients in litigation matters involving (pre)bankruptcy issues, bank guarantees, (project) financing, pledge and mortgage rights and lease clauses.​
