Roger Engebretsen has many year’s experiences within corporate law, tax and duties, as well as transactions.
His practice includes major property development projects, structuring of real estate companies, transactions and negotiations. Roger will in such projects advise on tax, VAT, stamp duty and company law issues.
He is also working with tax related matters and has extensive experience with both individual and corporate taxation.
Roger has with his Bachelor in Economics/Accounting and experience from EY also worked extensively with accounting questions of legal character and issues in the borderland between law and finance.
