Lars Lövgren is head of MAQS’ specialist area Employment Law and has extensive experience in assisting large Swedish and international cross-industry companies in the field. Lars works with particular focus on company start-ups and recruitment matters, employment law advice in mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, disputes, collective bargaining agreement issues including trade union negotiations and international employment law.

Lars regularly holds lectures on various labour law issues.
