She has over 30 years’ experience handling complex Employment law matters in private practice and as an in-house lawyer.
Anne specialises in all aspects of individual and collective Belgian Employment law, including general Employment law matters, mergers and acquisitions, transfers of undertakings, collective dismissals and company closures, reorganisations, individual dismissals, Employment disputes, GDPR, discrimination and immigration matters.
With her strong field experience, she regularly advises major companies amongst others in the telecom, automotive, hotel, luxury goods and pharmaceutical sectors.
Furthermore, she has an extensive experience in litigation. She litigates both in French and Dutch before the different Belgian labour courts.
Ann also speaks on a regular basis at internal and external seminars on Employment law issues.
