She is well versed in the multiple aspects of electronic media, in sectors such as advertising and promotion (including sensitive products) and protection of personality rights, IT law, new technologies law, and intellectual property law. Ania issues opinions on legal solutions safeguarding the interests of economic operators and consumers on the Internet.
She has an excellent understanding of large corporations and agile technological start-ups as well. She has devised legal strategies working with providers of innovative digital services as well as for conventional publishers (press, radio, television). Ania is experienced in advising e-sport firms.
She has also advised the largest firms specializing in incentive services or building customer loyalty, and firms that organize lotteries and games of chance. Ania is highly experienced in drawing up opinions on concepts for advertising and marketing communication for firms on the alcohol and tobacco markets. She has issued opinions for alcohol market firms on issues such as online sale of alcoholic beverages and trade in alcoholic beverages.

Education
She studied at the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University. While studying, Ania took part in a student exchange on the Erasmus program at the Faculty of Economics and Management in Kassel, Germany. In 2015, she completed a postgraduate course in intellectual property law at the University of Warsaw, and is currently studying for a doctorate in law at the Koźmiński University.
