For more than 25 years, Johan Hallén has assisted Swedish and foreign companies with advice relating to commercial contracts, often with international links.

Johan’s responsibility at the firm is to lead Setterwalls’ commercial law team and Setterwalls’ China desk. In his daily work, he helps companies to draw up and negotiate contracts, primarily relating to collaboration, joint ventures, development, licensing and purchase or sale of products and services. Many of Johan’s assignments are international, and he often works on projects in different parts of the world, such as China, Russia and the USA. Johan has extensive experience of working with companies in the automotive industry, and he also works with issues in the IT area.
