Erik Svedlund has more than ten years of experience in construction and real estate law.

Erik mainly assists companies in the real estate industry with strategic advice, negotiates and establishes commercial agreements and dispute resolution. The clients usually contact him before and during larger projects such as acquisition/sale of properties/companies, conclusion or renegotiation of rental and lease agreements, procurement, land allocation, land development and construction.

Furthermore, Erik is also frequently hired by clients for ongoing advice in their day to day business, which provides a close and effective collaboration.

He also has an extensive experience of construction and real estate-related disputes before arbitration tribunals and courts.
