Career

Özge Çevik, joined ASC Law in 2022, advises clients and lenders on  development financing, and acquisition, of infrastructure projects, including construction projects, PPPs and power projects. She also provides legal consultancy in corporate and commercial law matters, including with regard to the firm’s clients’ day-to-day operations.

Prior to joining ASC Law, Özge has taken a key role in many innovative deals. She is particularly proud of her role on the EUR 11 billion financing of the new Istanbul International Airport, and continues to work extensively with the Airport on behalf of ASC Law,  supporting the company on a daily basis with regard to nearly all aspects of its operations.
