Gökbüke Deren Verep joined ASC Law’s Litigation Team in 2019 as an Associate. She was promoted to Senior Associate in 2021, and moved to the firm’s Debt Collection & Enforcement Team in 2022.

Deren handles a wide variety of commercial disputes, working with clients in, among others, the automotive, construction, and media and telecommunications sectors, and involving commercial, contract, corporate, employment and real estate law. As such, Deren is proud to be one of the firm’s key lawyers representing BeIN Group (i.e., Digiturk), Turkey’s leading media holding company.

Deren is also deeply involved in keeping the firm’s clients apprised of relevant developments in the law, as well as consulting with many of them about dispute prevention – or mitigation, as the case may be – including providing periodic training sessions to their management employees.
