Position
CHABERT is the co-head of the Civil and commercial litigation and White-collar crime – Compliance Departments.
A specialist in legal proceedings applied to commercial litigation, he has developed solid experience in conflicts between partners, liability of company directors, unfair competition, compliant delivery, defective equipment, etc.
He has also developed particular expertise in criminal business law to assist company directors who are victims of crime (fraud, breach of trust, forgery and use of forgeries, etc.) and defend them personally for complex financial infractions.
Career
He joined DELSOL Avocats in 2007, where he works closely with the Corporate Law – Mergers and Acquisitions Department.

Alexis CHABERT is also a member of the Bar Council and Chairman of the LYON Bar’s Future of Legal Practice Committee. In that role, he is responsible for the LYON Bar’s incubator and works actively for the emergence of legal tech and implementation of new digital tools to improve law firms’ performance.
