‘Responsible, knowledgeable and business oriented’, Van Doorne’s growing employment practice covers a broad range of matters, with specific strength in pensions. Sijbren Kuiper, who was recently promoted to partner, leads the pensions team, advising and representing pension funds, financial market authorities and corporate clients, while  Cara Pronk, another new partner, specialises in both domestic and international labour law. Following the retirement of Els de Wind, Marjolijn Lips and Steven Sterk lead the practice. Lips focuses on co-determination, investigations, restructurings and M&A, and Sterk specialises in advising on executives and workers’ participation, including works council consultations and negotiations.
