Marjolijn is a highly experienced employment law specialist. She focuses on reorganizations, transfers of businesses, mergers and acquisitions, employee participation issues, executive redundancies, mass redundancy law, flexible workforce and harmonization of employment terms. Marjolijn heads the Employment practice group. Her clients include both Dutch and foreign companies. Marjolijn is a member of our TMT-sector team and regularly involved in transactions in the tech industry.
Marjolijn joined Van Doorne in November 1994, she is a partner since 2006. She regularly lectures on various labor law topics. Marjolijn has studied law at the University of Amsterdam and in Berlin. She lectures on HR and employment law topics and is a member of the Netherlands Olympic Committee’s Spending Policy Appeals Committee.
