Bram Woltering specialises in intellectual property law and advises and represents (inter)national clients in cases relating to, for example, parallel trade, transit and infringements (of brand rights, copyrights and patent rights). He has also acquired a lot of experience with anti-counterfeiting and its coordination at European level.

Bram also advises on the (worldwide) filing of brands and models. For example he conducts opposition and invalidity actions at bodies that grant brands and models. He also publishes regularly on new developments within his specialist field.

His clients vary from retailers to (inter)national clients who are active in the manufacturing industry.
