Ivor is a Partner in the Corporate / M&A Department and is head of William Fry’s London office. He has significant transactional expertise in private equity, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and shareholder structuring matters, corporate reorganisations and venture capital/debt. Ivor has particular experience in advising technology and infrastructure clients.
