Partner Inge Ekker Bartnes works mainly with mergers and acquisitions, energy law, tax law and company law. Bartnes’ advisory services focus on the energy sector (hydroelectric power, wind power and small-scale power) and renewable energy in particular. Bartnes also assists in purchase and sale of energy companies, in negotiation and preparation of contracts, and in regulatory matters and restructuring processes. Bartnes has in-depth knowledge of and experience with the energy sector and has played an important role in most of the major energy transactions in Norway in recent years.
