Position

Dyrland has many years of experience with the oil and gas industry and regularly advises the Royal Ministry of Oil and Energy and several oil companies on a range of regulatory and contractual issues. He is also experienced as counsel and arbitrator in gas price reviews and other oil & gas disputes. Dyrland’s practice areas include petroleum law (petroleum act and regulations, JOAs, unit agreements, tie-in agreements), gas market regulation, gas sales contracts, gas transport contracts, LNG contracts, offshore construction law and general contract law.
